Our jeep patriot’s steering wheel suddenly started shaking violently on the highway on a roadtrip to Denver. We located Hometown Tire & Service online & called Luis who recommended a towing company which arrived to help us within 20 minutes & towed us to Hometown. Luis was very helpful, diagnosed the problem as worn rack & pinion / worn tie rod which also caused front brake rotor warping. A big repair but prices were fair & car repairs including a necessary alignment were completed in time for our return trip home from Denver! Car drives great & we are very appreciative to Luis & Hometown. They saved us!

Came in with a tire that had a nail in it. Watched the tech walk by and flick an office stapler into my tire then he proceeded to tell me that because of the tiny staple my tire was unable to be fixed. They didn’t even look at the tire to find the actual problem, they just wanted to charge me for a brand new, unneeded, tire.

I wanted to thank you for taking care of my wife's car today. She did not have an appointment but her tire was going low. So she got off the highway and stopped by your shop. Your mechanic stopped what he was doing and put a new stem in her tire and checked the sensor. We appreciate it. She will be back to get new tires soon! Thank you! Glad we have a mechanic in town we can trust!

I don’t think I can express how amazing the team is that works at CT Service! My husband and I were on a road trip from Denver to Omaha for the holidays with our two kids (under the age of four) and our golden retriever when our transmission blew. CT Service not only got us in immediately, but had toys for our kids to play with while they assessed our vehicle, coffee for us to drink, and helped us coordinate a rental in Brighton and gave us a ride to get the rental. This is a business that truly cares about their customers!!!
